Trusted Insight has included David on its list of the top 30 public pension chief investment officers for 2016. The 30 investment leaders named to the list were chosen for having "expertly structured their portfolios to mitigate risk while maintaining their long-term goal of capital preservation" during a period where pension funds have faced immense challenges. In addition to be named as one of the top 30 public pension chief investment officers, Trusted Insight featured an exclusive Q&A interview with David in the November issue of the network's monthly magazine.
