    Performance Update

    The performance of the Fixed and Variable Funds is up as we near the end of 2005. As of November 30, the preliminary calendar year-to date return for the Fixed Fund was 6.6% compared to its benchmark of 6.1% and the Variable Fund return was 7.2% compared to 6.9% for its benchmark.     Performance Update

The preliminary calendar year to-date return for the Fixed Fund was 6.0% as of September 30, ahead of the 5.6% return for the benchmark.     Study focuses on investment styles for future success

    The pace of today’s investment marketplace continues to accelerate. To be successful, SWIB must be more flexible than ever, able to adjust to opportunities and maximize its own strengths as well as the strengths of its outside managers.
