Responsibility for the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) is shared between the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) and the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF).

 

SWIB is responsible for investing the assets of the Wisconsin Retirement System and several other trust funds.
