Markit EDM Developer Request
SWIB requires two technical development
resources full time for at least 3 months and up
to 6 months to work through the software
development lifecycle including designing,
building, testing and implementing interfaces
between investment systems.

Public Markets (including hedge funds) -
SWIB utilizes two consultants when searching for public equities and public
fixed income managers and a separate consultant for hedge fund manager searches. We select our consultants depending upon the nature of the search.
- SWIB utilizes a private equity consultant
and requires a completed Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) be sent to the
attention of the portfolio manager and our consultant for consideration. Information about SWIB's

Minority Broker Program
Wisconsin statute (§. 25.185) encourages the Investment Board to devote 5
its equity brokerage commission, each fiscal year, to minority-owned financial
advisers and investment firms. SWIB must maintain its fiduciary responsibility
by contracting with firms that provide the best quality when managing trust

Wisconsin businesses seeking financing through the Wisconsin
Private Debt Program should review criteria and contact
information. SWIB will consider providing financing
primarily to businesses headquartered in Wisconsin, operating in Wisconsin or
intending to invest proceeds in Wisconsin.
